Oladimeji Olajitan is the Group Executive Director, Finance, with responsibility for the Group’s financial strategy, capital structure, governance, risk management, and financial reporting. He plays a central role in ensuring fiscal discipline, transparency, and long-term financial sustainability across the Group. He brings over 20 years of experience across FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure and telecommunications industries, having managed complex portfolios for listed companies and multinational organizations. His background provides a strong foundation for navigating both emerging-market regulatory environments and global capital markets. Since joining the Group, Oladimeji has led the development of institutional financial frameworks that support scalable growth and informed decision-making. His work includes strengthening internal controls, aligning finance with strategy, and implementing ERP and finance-led digital transformation initiatives. He provides disciplined financial leadership that protects the Group’s fiscal integrity while supporting sustainable value creation Oladimeji is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and an alumni of the prestigious Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom.
